About us.
We have enjoyed the company of dogs for over 40 years, always having a dog or two in the home is quite normal for our family.
Little dogs seem to have "that something special" about them, courageous yet loyal and caring.
The Dachshund melted our hearts, crawled in, found a cosy corner and never left.....
Now the kids have grown up, and I'm not needed quite so much, it feels like the right time for something new.
So here we are, opening a special little place for your dogs to visit, when your away, It maybe a shopping day, a family event, or that once a year holiday.
We have a very comfortable home, room to run and play,
a lovely enclosed garden, comfy beds & sofas, blankets galore, and quiet places for the ones that like to sneak off for 40 winks.
We are currently owned by two beautiful red standard girls Sassy & Bella & our latest addition Alife, Sadly we lost Popsie our Chihuahua at 16 just before xmas 2020.
Of course we care for many small breed dogs, not just Dachshunds, we feel it is nice for them to socialise with other small friendly dogs.
Opening up our home is something that we have been planning for quite a number of years, we have spent time finding the perfect home, making everything safe & comfortable, and of course making sure we are capable, so we enrolled and completed as many courses as possible to make sure we had all the skills necessary for such a responsible job.

We are licensed with Mansfield county council &
Insured with "Protectivity" for public liability & care in custody.
We offer home boarding & daycare, if you would like to visit , please get in touch, we would be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
We do understand finding the perfect place for your dog is important, and it can be quite stressful for you too, we will do all we can to help reassure you that your dog will be cared for as if they are part of our family.
